- As part of a global SAP programme for the Downstream businesses (GSD), I am responsible for ensuring project delivery assurance across the Rhine region, covering six countries. My role involves overseeing the successful execution of projects, maintaining alignment with global standards, and ensuring that local implementations meet both regional and organizational objectives.
With a focus on quality assurance, I work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to monitor progress, address potential risks, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope. My ability to navigate the complexities of multinational project management allows me to drive successful outcomes while ensuring consistency across diverse regulatory and business environments.
