- As a Principal Consultant specializing in ARIS and Alfabet toolsets, I bring deep expertise in technical consultancy, project management, and end-to-end project delivery. My responsibilities adapt to each customer’s unique needs, ranging from providing technical guidance on tool configuration to leading turnkey projects, with a focus on closing skill gaps and delivering tailored solutions.
I have extensive experience advising on the usage and configuration of Enterprise and Business Architecture frameworks, defining Business Process Classifications, ERP-integrated deployments, and Project & Portfolio Management. My role often includes conducting pre-sales demonstrations and setting up proofs of concept to showcase value to prospective clients.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led enterprise-wide management systems (EMS/ QMS) for multinational organizations across diverse sectors, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of business-critical solutions.
