Detailed Description
  • As a Principal consultant, on both ARIS and Alfabet tool set, my responsibilities are dependent upon the customer engagement, covering technical consultancy to project management and turnkey project, based upon their requirements and skill gaps.
    I provide advises on tool usage and configuration, Enterprise and Business Architecture set up, defining Business Process Classification, Viewpoint definition, ERP integrated deployment, Project & Portfolio management.
    I am regularly called upon pre-sales demonstrations or set up of proof of concepts.
